Scope of Work:
- Conducting internal audit of books of accounts and ancillary records and submit report on quarterly basis.
- Provide services related to Income Tax matters including deposit of income tax, filing ofe-TDS Returns, and ITR of the eGovernance Society, Department of FCS&CA.
- Verification of the correctness of Trial Balance and compiling the Grouping statements and Schedules to the Annual Accounts and finalization of the same.

The Department of FCS&CA, GoHP is in process of digitizing new Ration Card forms and wishes to maintain scanned copies of filled Ration Card forms (only front-side) through the medium of a Document Management System.
The scope of work broadly is as below:
- Scanning, Indexing, Storing, Archiving & Retrieval of Ration Card Records in digital form in secure manner.
- Application Software & Methodology to be adopted for seamless integration with existing workflow based on Software developed using Microsoft Technologies (C#, .Net, SQL)
- Shredding and Destruction of all the Ration Card forms, after seeking a go-ahead from the Department.
